A new moth trap, designed for field use in remote areas, which has a ground floor entrance via a foam funnel.  The trap has netting sides supported via three struts but easily dismantles to transport flat. 

Supplied with the Goodden Light which is a 6W dual tube unit designed with integrated solar switch to turn the tubes on at dusk and off at dawn.

The tubes work from 12V batteries from 7.5ah upwards or can be plugged into the dashboard of a vehicle.

This gives an alternative to our other 40W traps, which is very lightweight and compact.  The sides are made of strong netting, and the trap is supported via four struts.

Introducing the new Gardner Moth Trap, designed for surveying and observing.

Contains the Gardner Light Bar - 2 twin 40W actinic lamps plus a single HalogenA 150W lamp mounted centrally. 

The lamps can be operated separately if required, but together the power of attraction and retention is increased.

A large moth trap with hinged interlocking roof panels.  The unit is constructed from special quality perspex which allows all UV-A light to pass through unimpeded.  This ensures there are no shadows cast in or around the trap.

The trap dismantles flat for easy storage and transportation.  Like the Skinner trap, a sheet should be placed underneath the Gardner trap.
